e) You must not be acting as a principal or as an agent for any third party.
f) You must not be bankrupt or under any voluntary arrangement with your creditors.
g) You must not be residing in a country where our services are restricted. You agree to fully comply with the laws of the jurisdiction where our services are legal.
h) You are solely responsible for the security and privacy of your account. This includes keeping your username and password confidential and using your personal email account cautiously.
Assuming that all provided information is correct, we will treat all offers and payments as being made by you. You commit to exercising maximum caution in protecting your login credentials.
Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds
To begin playing, you will need to add funds to your account balance.
You accept that:
a) You guarantee that all funds deposited into your account are not derived from any illegal activities.
b) All payments made to your account must be authorized. You agree not to attempt to reverse any payment or allow a third party to do so to avoid liability.

Delay and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice. Conversely, you may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. We will investigate any suspicious activity and ensure the terms of use are upheld. Additionally, accounts may be suspended upon request from law enforcement.
Assignment
You may not transfer your obligations under these terms to any third party. However, Crickex may assign its rights and responsibilities to another party. In such cases, registered users will be notified; if you disagree, you will no longer be able to use our services, though you may still withdraw your funds according to the rules.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be inconsistent with the primary intent of the agreement, that specific part will be modified to align with the main text without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
Dispute Resolution
Should any dispute arise between us, both parties agree to follow our established Dispute Resolution Policy.
Amendments

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You agree that any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction determined by Crickex at its own discretion.
Nothing in this section prevents Crickex from seeking protective measures or legal recourse in any court of competent jurisdiction under applicable laws.

Crickex Terms of Use
Crickex grants you a limited license to access our website, provided you follow these terms. We do not solicit users in regions where such activity is illegal. You agree not to monitor, copy, or scrape valuable data from our content. Hacking, introducing malicious code, or attempting unauthorized changes is strictly forbidden. You are solely responsible for any financial losses resulting from lost bets. You acknowledge that any amount lost through betting is non-recoverable from us under any circumstances.

You pledge to use our services for legitimate betting purposes only. Specifically, you agree NOT to:
a) Engage in any activity intended to harm, obstruct, or increase the liabilities of our business, including issues related to taxes, duties, or collection authorities.
b) Manipulate or place bets in a single market in a way that we believe compromises the integrity of the exchange or the market.
c) Provide information that facilitates betting on sporting events from regions where such gambling is illegal.
d) Directly or indirectly arrange for third parties to collect or transmit information that assists in placing bets from prohibited jurisdictions.
Privacy

By providing your consent, you allow us to use necessary methods to verify your identity and credentials.
In the event of a major win or a series of highly successful bets, we may reach out to you for promotional purposes and, with your permission, use your name or photo.

If you spot any errors in your account, please let us know immediately. You agree that any funds credited to your account due to a technical glitch or human error are not yours to keep and may be reclaimed by us.
We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity on your account. If our investigation finds that you have breached any part of our terms and conditions, we may seize some or all of the funds held in your account.
At our sole discretion, we may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice or a specific reason. Conversely, you are free to close your account whenever you wish simply by reaching out to our customer support team.
You are not permitted to transfer your rights under these terms to any third party. However, Crickex may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to another party at any time. In such an event, registered users will be notified; if you disagree with the transfer, you will no longer be able to use our services, though you may still withdraw your funds according to our rules.
If any part of these terms is found by a legal authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that specific section will be modified just enough to make it enforceable while staying true to the original intent. The rest of the agreement will remain fully in effect.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement between you and us, both parties agree to resolve the matter in accordance with our established dispute resolution policies.
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you will be unable to continue using our services, although you still retain the right to close your account following the standard procedures.

Crickex Terms of Use
As long as you comply with this agreement, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Crickex website.
Crickex does not make offers or invitations in jurisdictions where such activity is illegal. You agree not to monitor, copy, or scrape any valuable data from our site. Hacking, introducing malicious code, or making unauthorized changes is strictly forbidden. Specifically, you may not (a) reverse engineer or decompile any software found on the site, or (b) copy, modify, distribute, or transmit any part of the site's content. Any unauthorized reproduction will be subject to legal action.
Using Our Services
You are solely responsible for any financial losses resulting from your bets. It is your duty to ensure that betting is legal in your place of residence. You commit to using our services for legitimate betting purposes only. Using the platform to disrupt business or manipulate specific markets is prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.
General Conduct
Please do not attempt to use market interactions to intentionally transfer funds from your Crickex account to another. If you notice any errors or inconsistencies, notify us immediately. We reserve the right to void or cancel any bets that are found to be erroneous.
You must not interfere with our ability to accurately identify the IP address of the computer you are using. Additionally, you are responsible for any taxes or levies that may arise from your transactions.
You agree not to engage in or hide any illegal activities or abuse of the platform. You must also adhere to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we process and handle your personal data.
You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless in the event that personal information is disclosed as a result of your actions.
Betting Terms and Conditions
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the content and functionality of this website. We reserve the right to modify the layout and design of our services to improve the user experience.
While we make every reasonable effort to close markets on time, we cannot guarantee the exact second a market will be shut down.
You are entirely responsible for the stakes and offers you place. We cannot be held liable for any mistakes made during your entry process.
Crickex may suspend betting on a particular market at any time or void bets to ensure the integrity and fairness of the competition.
Please be aware that some users employ automated programs to place bets based on specific parameters; these tools can sometimes be used to exploit other participants.
Cancellations, Termination, Suspension, and Violations
We reserve the right to limit your access, suspend or close your account, withdraw your offers, or void any pending or matched bets at our sole discretion if:
There is a technical failure;
a) We suspect you are involved in fraudulent or illegal activities;
b) We believe you have breached, or are likely to breach, any part of this agreement;
c) We suspect you have violated the terms of a Crickex promotion;
d) We suspect you are colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage or guarantee a profit with minimal risk;
e) We believe your use of public market data (prices, volumes, depth) is for commercial purposes, such as providing data to another betting operator;
f) Your employment contract or the rules of a sports governing body prohibit you from betting; or
g) You place bets on a match or event in which you are personally involved or where you are a member of a participating team.
Underage Gambling
Registration and gambling are strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. If we discover that a user under 18 has made transactions, we will restrict their access and block the account. We reserve the right to verify your age and check if you are betting on behalf of someone else or acting as an agent.
Cancellation of an offer for a bet
A bet cancellation is only successful once you receive a confirmation from us. If you submit a request too late and it isn't processed in time, the bet may still be accepted. Once a bet is matched or the cancellation process is complete, the original offer stands and the bet will be settled as normal.
Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are determined by the product and the type of market you are betting on. These limits vary based on the amount and the platform used. Placing bets below the required threshold is not permitted and may result in account closure.
Your betting limit is the lower of two values: the available balance in your account or the specific limit set for that market. If we accidentally process a bet that exceeds these thresholds, that bet will still be considered valid.
Bet Settlement
Markets are settled according to the Crickex general rules and Sportsbook regulations. If a market is settled incorrectly, we reserve the right to reverse or correct the result. This may lead to balance adjustments in your account. If this results in a negative balance, we will notify you and request payment. We may suspend your account or take legal action to recover funds if you:
a) Fail to deposit the required funds within a reasonable timeframe as specified in our notice, or
- b) Fail to adhere to an agreed-upon repayment plan, or
c) Indicate that you have no intention of settling the outstanding balance.
Any winnings or losses associated with your bets will be rounded to the nearest two decimal places.
Commission and Payment Structure
We charge a commission based on your net winnings. This commission is a fee for using the exchange services and is not related to any partnership or separate service payment.
Depending on the specific circumstances, additional fees may apply to your account. Please be aware that we reserve the right to update or modify our charging policies at any time.
Assignment
You are not permitted to transfer or assign any part of this agreement to another party without prior written consent from Crickex. However, Crickex maintains the right to assign any or all of its rights under this contract to a third party. Should such a transfer occur, we will notify you; if you disagree with the change, you will no longer be able to use our services, although you will always retain the right to withdraw your funds in accordance with these terms.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that specific provision will be amended to the extent permitted by law to align as closely as possible with the original intent. Such changes will not impact the legality or enforceability of the remaining sections of the contract.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement or dispute between you and the company, both parties agree to resolve the matter following the procedures outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy, which may be updated periodically.
Amendments
We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement, as well as any guides or policies hosted on our website, whenever necessary.
Waiver
If either party fails to exercise or delays the enforcement of any right granted under this contract, it does not mean that the right has been waived. Furthermore, exercising a right partially or once does not prevent that party from enforcing the same or any other right fully in the future.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement, including all terms related to betting transactions, is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction and the courts of the country where the service is legally established.
